Forlong lasting battery, yes, Apple isn’t very competitive. But that’s only to some watches that have their battery last 2-3-4 days. Watches that lasts like week or two on single charge aren’t in class with Apple Watch or some selected other android watches (Samsung, Garmin) because of their features.

these is just fine, saves some $. but the 7 absolutely has some features going for it; slightly faster, thicker glass, oxygen and ekg sensors, the display is edge to edge, a new very accurate locator chip for future use, and so on, but the most important wrt useability: I charge it 2 x 10-15minutes per day and can then use the watch 24/7.
