After "rebranding" it to L09 again and after flashing B130 for L09 I ended up with dual SIM support anyway. Eveything seems to be checking out as far as I can tell. Not sure if OTA will work though, time will tell I guess. Safety net etc. also checks out. The options for dual SIM are showing and I've tested it. Everything just works.
